What these terms cover

This page sets out the terms for using this website. At the moment there is one thing you can do here: tell us that the SalesMBA Executive Retreat interests you. That is all.

The terms for taking part, covering payment, cancellation and what happens if the retreat does not go ahead, are not here yet. The programme director will give you those before you commit to anything, and at the latest when a place is offered to you.

An enquiry is not a booking

Filling in the form is a request for information. You are not buying anything, you are not reserving anything, and you are not committing to anything. No agreement comes into being, not even once we confirm that your enquiry has arrived.

Admission follows a personal intake. The programme director decides to whom he offers a place. An enquiry therefore gives you no claim to a place, nor to the launch price.

What you read on this website

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and current. Even so, things can change: the dates, the location, the format or the price. You cannot derive any rights from the words and images on this page.

If something here looks wrong to you, write to the address below and we will correct it.

Words, images and the name

The words, photographs, design and the SalesMBA name on this website belong to the organiser, or to those who gave permission for their use. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without written consent.

Linking to this website in the ordinary way is always fine.

Your data

What happens to your data is set out in the privacy statement. In short: it exists so that the programme director can contact you about this retreat and for nothing else, and you can have it deleted at any time.
