Who is responsible
Willem J.M.I. Verbeke is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Questions about your data, and requests to see or delete it, can be sent to info@reefway.nl.
The website is built and technically maintained by Reefway, which processes this data on our instructions and under a written processing agreement.
What we collect, and why
If you fill in the form, we store your name and email address, and, if you enter them, your phone number, your organisation, your role and your message. We also record the moment you give your agreement and the exact wording you agree to, because we have to be able to demonstrate that afterwards.
This data serves one purpose: to let the programme director contact you about the SalesMBA Executive Retreat. It is not used for advertising, no profile is built from it, and it is not shared with or sold to anyone else.
The legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it: one email to the address above. Withdrawing has no effect on anything that happened before.
Where it is kept, and for how long
The data is stored in a database inside the European Union, with a daily backup. Access is limited to the programme director and, for technical maintenance, to the builder of the site.
We keep your details until you withdraw your consent, or until twenty-four months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or receive a copy of it. Write to the address above and you will have an answer within a month.
If you believe we are handling your data carelessly, you are entitled to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics and shows no advertising. Nothing is stored on your device beyond what is needed to display the page.
